Boston Bomber, Hand growing out of elbow?

Ok, so I was looking at some of the boston bombing photo's, and some of them the bombers themselves just sorta look outta place within the photo.
Well I got to looking at one of them and there is a hand, that doesn't seem to belong to anyone coming out of the bomber's elbow...

Now I think it's safe to say it's not the black gentlemen behind him for a number of reasons...
I then thought well maybe someone shorter than him is standing back there, there's no other feet than the bombers, so no one is standing behind him in that position...Photoshopped?

Also the younger bomber's right leg looks as if it's not quite right... but I'm not sure. Also the reflection in the window, (click on pic for full image, or save it) I believe we can see the blonde woman, but shouldn't we be able to see the younger bomber in it also? there is another reflection but it doesn't seem to be him... let me know what ya'll think, all comments welcome.
